Why don't you schedule an appointment with her if she's a Provider? You'll need proof though for Infidelity to hold up in court so, someone will need to go through with the session.... I've got a great one but, can't share him....

Do not hire any one person shows. And, do not go for least expensive. Whoever you chose has got to have a good reputation in court, and has to have excellent vid, camera, IT, and, $ tracing backup (a team).
Besides, if you want to get off light in a divorce (not gonna happen), start by hiring a decent divorce attorney. Cause it doesn't matter how much mud a divorcing couple throw at each other.
