The rule of law is why it's not a banana republic and if you can "prove" treason, then they are both correct.

Gentlemen, What we have here is a failure of the American political system. In 2016 the Republicans could have nominated John Kasich or Ted Cruz. Most of America would have found Kasich acceptable. One argument they make is otherwise their votes won’t count. Many of them think of politics like sports, like life-long Dallas Cowboys fans. The positions and character of the candidate makes little difference.

Levianon, Biden is fast becoming irrelevant. We will be faced with a choice between a narcissistic, imprudent, big-mouthed liar and Satan. In this situation I’ll be rooting for the liar. As such it would nice if the man could quit sticking his foot in his mouth. I didn’t particularly like George W. Bush or Barrack Obama’s performance as presidents, but one thing you could say in their favor, they thought before they opened their mouths.

Yes we have the rule of law, but there are principals handed down to us from the English legal system like Mens Rea* that mean you don't necessarily convict a person of a crime for doing what Trump or the Whistleblower are accused of. I agree 100% with your last sentence.

They know that Trump is a fuck up and if they had a better choice they would make it. Im on the fence with Lusty and Waco Kid.
