There’s quite a few positive/“yes” reviews before the last one. Doesn’t seem like this situation would have developed overnight. Rochester reviewers need to up their game. Giving similar, positive reviews for bad providers does not benefit the quality providers and recognize their efforts to provide an exceptional experience. There should be a lot more “No” reviews out there, regardless of whether they provided what was promised (which is usually rather vague anyhow).
