I got hit with a (much) higher fee than was quoted on the phone, and she barely made an effort. Not even a decent space (especially for the price).

*Edit: Seems because of all the attention they raised her rate significantly and even though they were aware that they quoted me one rate at 3pm when I made my 5pm appointment, when I showed up they expected me to just go with the new rate when and even though I was nice (a sucker) about it still could barely be bothered to care about my experience.
