It's the Dem Congresses that have overspent historically, and unfortunately sometimes with a complicit Rep POTUS like the end of GW's term when Congress went absolutely nuts with Spending. And it only got worse when the Dem Congress had Obama too.

It wasn't until after the 2010 shellacking that some semblance of spending balance was returned and that was only because Obama thought his sequester would be so heinous to everyone as to never be passed.

I already posted a link in another thread. grean is correct. you want to blame Congress, but the President signs spending bills into law. you are deliberately bullshitting the issue.
