Walk always walk and get an uber, no taxi. If you drive the on the return take Puente Santa Fe in downtown. In my experience you pay any $1 and wait time is usually under 45 min

I invested in the sentri line. A total of 420 dlls but it was worth it. When I across there is no wait time...
