Rosenstein recommended that Comey be fired. Trump fired Comey. Rosenstein hired Mueller to investigate. Mueller investigated and reported that he found no prosecutable evidence -- "this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime" -- against Trump. Barr AND Rosenstein likewise made the same determination.

It's trivially obvious that the man who recommended that Comey be fired -- Rosenstein -- wouldn't view the subsequent firing of Comey as obstruction. Only a moron would continue to argue that that was obstruction of justice.
