How will that come out? She's fucking dead. That means that regardless of what he says transpired, we will never actually know and also regardless of her substance use, she should not be painted in one way or another because as I stated before, shes fucking dead. The affidavit clearly spelled out the circumstances.

In any event, it was his place. He could of called the cops and had her removed. There was 0 merit in the use of deadly force.

He'll be looking at life.

You seem to know everything. Were you there? I saw the affidavit . my point is who cares where this happened! She could have put him in a position even in his own house that he had no way out! Damn you're dense.

This is Texas. A simple call to the police would of eliminated this situation.

How I was raised including bar scenes and establishments, when a person asks you to leave, gtfo faster than how you entered to begin with.

From what I'm reading, you are interpreting this situation as if he was the person that was without leverage at the bargaining table when in fact it is the other away around since by context hadn't received her allocation.

However just to humor you, he shot her in the leg. She's no longer a threat. He went too far. Cant simply it any further.

An attorney friend of mine always said - patience - what is stated in an affidavit is not necessarily what comes out in the court of law.
