was an extended stay, room could have used some repairs, like no tp roll hanger or fresh towels but it was picked up, just looked worn to me, ya know cheap motel. I suspect it only gets used for her clients, she did say she was in the middle of moving. place was a little shady, couple of guys near the front of the property were "hanging out" but it was daytime, and her incall was near back of complex, they didn't bother me, I parked my bmw there and nobody messed with it. Might feel differently at night tho
