Gym three days a week , 3 mile walk twice a week, and as much fucking as I can manage, it's the best cardio.

Gym 4 to 5 days a week. Minimum of 30 minutes cardio and the rest free weights or machines. I do obstacle races they are challenging and different from the usually boring 5ks. My stamina and performance in bed has improved 100%.

Yoga..!!!
1 ta 2 times a day actually. 118 unlimited a month.. working out has never been needed so now that it's bout that time I just found it so boring. I'm gonna start biking again. Always loved it when a kid.. think I'll do that for this much talked about cardio..
