I’m pretty sure the rule is you only need to block out part of the name if there are extras involved. That way if management reads it, the girl can at least claim it is someone else and the management can pretend to believe her and everyone is happy.

That sounds good in theory, but it can be worthless in practice. Anyone who's at least a semi-regular at a club can frequently identify the dancer based on the description, and I wojuldn't bet money that a guy who read a review couldn't do so on his first visit sometimes. How many Indian dancers with hair past their ass can there be in one club? Or a lithe, short-haired blonde with a circle tattoo on one bicep? And if a customer can figure it out, you know managers can.
