What kind of car and what issue are you having? Not ALL mechanics work on all makes/models. You would probably get more response in the Sandbox.

I work on all types! American, Japanese and German and have the tools as they're different for Germans, but swamped for at least 2 weeks

I'm not a mechanic, but I wouldn't mind putting my dipstick in your oil. Giving your tailpipe a thorough inspection. Checking out your headlights.

Man, I ignored this thread for almost a full day before I did that, you gotta give me SOME credit for restraint there.
