I guess I said that wrong. Both private dance areas are upstairs, it's just that the official VIP is in a separate room. With the exception of a wide glass window where a few nosy pervs can sneak a peek, the room is a lot more private. From what I understand, there isn't a fee to get in but dances are 30 instead of 20. As many times as I've visited this place in recent months, I've only ever seen it be occupied once.
