Yes, I need a further explanation.

Is the "Will of the People" the guiding principle in our form of government?

Which majority was ruled by which minority, and in what specific instance did that occur?

It's a lie that the majority of the people didn't want Kananaugh confirmed. The opposite is true, and that's why the sanctity of the Republic was preserved.

Quote:
Sixty-one percent of voters said that if no corroborating evidence is found that that they would like the nomination to proceed.

And of course, yssup knows what the true "will of the people" is.

When the people reject his interpretation, it means they're ignorant "pawns" who "vote against their self interest"!

That just plain silly, bro!

I think you’re arguing in your spare time.

I needn’t repeat my comment on the topic.

However, Harris represents a few more Americans than Collins. Do some math.

Then you guys will attempt to pack the court like FDR tried.

Unfortunately, you people have set up the argument for it and might prevail, making this election coming up critical.

If we can't win with the lowest unemployment in 50 years, and the highest stock market ever, the Republic is in trouble.

"Identify the new justice." Life time, that is. Take your shoes off. Put your feet up. He's goinna be there a while. Democracy prevailed and the Republic was preserved.

This great Republic with its democratic institutions was preserved precisely because Kavanaugh is not Teddy Kennedy ... or any other dim-retard like hildebeest who cannot even stand up because she drinks too much.
