Default Who Else Loves A Corny SHARK Movie?? The Meg

I'm a scary/thriller movie aficionado

I will watch all of them..even the dumbest. LOL
My faves are ghosts and demons. I enjoy much less the bloody serial killer and flesh-eating zombies.

Then there is the entire shark genre!!
My summer will feel more complete with this one under my belt.

I know...all the same right? I still must see them all.

So tonight I'm heading out with a couple of friends to watch
"The Meg"

Has anyone else seen it yet? No spoilers!!

I just got home from seeing it.
It was close to 2 full hours of intense Shark action. Great action, effects.
It had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.
Very entertaining and has some good humor here and there as in the Ol Die Hard movies.
Will it win movie of the year??. If course not, but I enjoyed it much more than other cheese shark movies.

FYI, the Peter Bently's Jaws novel was about a Megalodon, not the great White Shark as was used in the Jaws movie.

Meg was a Great Movie. After I saw it came home and watched the original Jaws. Was so impressed with how the origional Jaws was done. The only way I could tell Jaws was an old movie was based upon th cars and the way people dressed.

I want to see "The Meg" soon. I like all kinds of movies too.

You want 2 more corny shark movies?

Just rented last month: "Trailer Park Shark". It was fairly entertaining.

and "Atomic Shark" which I believe had a bit part by David Faustino (Bud Bundy) but I see on IMDB, it's not mentioned in the credits.

Missed it too. Switched from cable to Netflix this month. Saw the first 5 and liked them for the cheese they were. Have to wait for 6 to show up streaming somewhere.
