Quality Brands?

What are brands that are so good that you generally don't even consider buying anything else?


One for me is Ecco shoes. Every pair I've had has been extremely durable and well-made, fits me perfectly (no small achievement, I wear an odd size and often had to go search online with other brands), and is comfortable right out of the box - no break-in period. Aside from one pair of New Balance athletic shoes, every pair of shoes I own are Ecco, and I don't envision that changing.

Bose. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with their products and I have quite a few.

I love my Bose surround system. It’s 7-8 years old and still sounds amazing. I want to try their outdoor speakers next, on my deck renovation project.

Samsung... Love my 78” Curve! Every Samsung tv I have ever owned has had a more vibrant, beautiful picture than any other brand. I’m a bit of a reclusive movie aficionado, so a great tv is very important!

Starbucks. Great coffee is nonnegotiable. So happy that Walmart started selling it! I’m drinking some right now.

I like those, too!

I really liked the FC female condoms... But I guess they stopped making them? So disappointing. They felt just like the real thing.

I happen to have a box of femcoms in my office. LOL! Ya just never know when you need them ;-)

Agreed on Samsung. I have Samsung, Visio, and Sony TVs in my house. Sony is good quality but not better than Samsung and you pay a premium for the name. Visio is a good value. But Samsung rules them all in my estimation: I have an 85 inch Samsung LED in my man cave and it’s glorious.

I absolutely stand by Keen footwear, XTRATUF rain boots, Grundens rain jackets, and Shakespeare fishing rods. They'll last for years if you take care of them.

I’m very tempted, but I think I’m running out of ceiling clearance. Lol

Disagree on the fishing rods. Fenwick all the way!!
