I guess the obvious question is: given escorting is legal, why can’t women post rates? Presumably some of the “females” here are available for time and companionship at a set rate of compensation. Certainly none are exchanging sexual services for compensation. I wonder if down the line the site admins will consider allowing rates for time provided they are not tied to illegal activities.

For example, a provider cannot charge a rate of $300 to run me over with a Dodge Ram although God knows I would enjoy that.

Because the simple fact that the government and police arent stupid. They know exactly what the money is being used for and that's the reason they enacted Sesta and Fosta. That's why they are shutting down all the adults sites. You can say it's for time and companionship all day long but they know what's going on. Eccie has been around for 10+ years one of the top review and exchange boards that used to allow explicit content, very detailed reviews, videos and xxx pictures in reviews etc. They got backpage and it didnt have nearly as much as what used to be posted here. There is no fooling anyone and especially not when reviews are still allowed with services.

With all the other sites closed we should be glad that they decided to make a comeback. They are trying to keep things clean and legal so that this site can stay up. We should be grateful for what we do have here.

Absolutely. Providers are going to have to get very creative very quickly if they haven't already.

But hobbyists are going to have to learn to read between the lines, and apply some of the brain power that doesn't reside in the BVD's when booking.

I was contacted a number of times for booking yesterday here. I was excited, I thought "This is gonna be great". None wanted to screen, one gave me fake screening info, one sent a message looking for an appointment in 45 mins from the time he sent the message, and all the rest seemed very, very confused about what my Libations for Two mean. *headdesk*

So I know as difficult as this is to navigate for the gents, it's also
difficult for the ladies. We're all going to have to be patient with each other.

As for me, I give all the info I require in my profile. The profile will be patently clear to a man with a modicum of intelligence. Those that don't "get it" or can't provide what I plainly require unfortunately will not be a client, which is sad, but these are the times.

Times they have really changed. People can continue denying it or bitching about it or they can get to learning this new world and get to having the fun people are presumably here for.

I realized why shortly after posting. It has to do with reason they “know what’s going on”. The site admins had to make a decision between one of two things and rates was the odd man out.

Escorting is not illegal. Escorting is providing company for events or dates for a fee for time. For example "I need an escort to the ball." Not sexual at all, its simply wanting the company of another person of which you may not know too well but would like to have with you for whatever the event experience may be.
I escort friends to weddings all the time, my fee is an open bar and the understanding that I will dance to 89% of the songs played and i have a 12 for 12 at catching the bouquet so theyre going to have to deal with the silly jokes about "being next."

Exactly escorting is legal however pay for play is not. This site still allows guys to review paid sexual encounters between ladies. You can't say it is legal escorting when there are reviews with full details that say he did x y and z services with said girl.
