You are wrong on all counts.

Actually an account whose status is "Pending Age Verification" cannot post in the forums but can send PM's. Samcro is correct about CaseyKK not posting since the end of March. She has not been kicked off. Her account status has changed.

As for accounts "only posting allowed is in Welcome section", those are the accounts whose status is "Age Verified - Awaiting VP".
