Pennsylvania Congressional race: someone has to do it

Okay, we got a congressional race in southwest PA between a publicly anti-Pelosi democrat and a run of the mill republican. The democrat who says he cannot support Nancy is six points ahead and then Trump shows up. The six point deficit is erased overnight but so many people voted early and by absentee ballot. They have a few thousand ballots to count and Lamb (the democrat) is ahead by about 600 votes and change. Now if Lamb wins instead of talking about how quickly he fell, the media will say that this means Trump is weak. Nevermind that Trump erased the deficit in one visit. Now if the republican wins, the media will say that Trump is weak because the candidate didn't win by 20 pts like Trump did. So we wait for the counting to end and then the military absentee ballots have another week to arrive. As long as they are postmarked on election day, they're valid ballots.

So Trump can't win with this media. He loses if the candidate wins and he loses if the candidate loses. Of course, they do the whole thing over again in November.
