I didn't think I was going to be responding to your post, as it says it's a foot fetish question, and I'd be crippled by a near-complete ignorance about foot fetishes. All I really know is that more than a few guys seem to have a lively interest in women's feet, which is fine, but isn't "me" ... my interests tend to be located a few feet north.
But I see it's really a question about general escort - client relations. And I think you're wise to take the laugh-my-butt-off approach. This looks like a natural consequence of the "I'm paying for one or more specific sex acts" mentality, which is very common. Those of us who take the usual disclaimer literally (I really
AM paying for your time and companionship, and anything else that might happen really
IS a matter of choice between two consenting adults) would never make you such an offer; if I'm with you for an hour, that's an hour that another prospective client can't book, and also an hour in which you can't be doing the vacuuming or the grocery shopping or dropping off your dry cleaning, etc. Thus I pay your standard published rate for that hour, whether I'm nursing at your toes (which I won't be) or doing something else that won't leave you with the extra hand needed to use your phone.
So, this was just another guy who needs to embrace the concept of buying a bit of your time, and not particular actions.
