FRCP, Rule 11(d) .... with a supporting "ORDER" for supplemental discovery so that the Defendant's counsel can review information that might relate to the allegations that the Government used fraudulently obtained information with which to prosecute the Defendant in violation of the 4th Amendment.
These "minor" technicalities of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th amendments distress Liberal Group Thinkers ... unless, of course, its' their fat asses on the line!
