This does help a lot, would not of thought of half the overhead listed. For me, if I see a price that is half everyone else I think it is sketchy at best. You do get what you pay for mostly.

My rates are some of the lowest for what I offer and my reputation... I have not changed them in 10 years.I put them where they are cause it works for me.I make a good living and USULLY stay busy in most cities.

When I travel I keep expenses low as possible and I dont pay over 75 bucks for nice hotels.
So my profit,despite my low prices,is still at a good level... I have built up a nice corral of repeats so that is the main reason I keep my rates low.It helps them financially to be able to see me everytime I visit their city.

Now some towns can be a struggle..like West Texas.. I have a tour planned there BUT hotels are high as fuck...so that means I will have to have more appts for longer playtimes just to break even and make at least a little profit.... I normally see 2 guys a day per tour day so I would need at least 3 or 4 a day there....that is not a good thing for me.. I am so high energy that after 2 appts I am ready to chill and vegatate...lol.

Btw... I luv what I do.. I thrive off the sexual energy,thrill and adventure the hobby gives me!

I'm going to build on Dallas' comment on hotel costs and Savannah's comment on overhead.
The transport thing in my sig is a real thing and a few of the gals know what that's about. One of whom has tagged along a couple times.

My point being, for road warrior gals, I'd bet most guys have zero clue as to how much gals spend on travel/transport, hotels, away from home meals, etc. And, buying makeup and other supplies at retail (when on the road) has got to suck vs. having Amazon drop ship to home.

It's my sense that some guys think the gal's prices come from throwing a dart at a price board. Um no.

Great Post Ms. Moon ! All of these are really important factors for Me as well . “You have to Spend Money to Make Money” has been my motto for the hobby . Lately I been wondering how many hobbyists actually think about stuff like this. Like Luxie said , this is a lifestyle of luxury. Most of us are willing to pay a pretty penny for A1 presentation that’ll match our skill set so there shouldn’t be so much strife about our rates, especially from guys on boards like this who are here for quality companionship

Most of the gals I've met hobbying are good business women that deal with all that.

As for blowing Uncle Sam, Stormy Daniels will be at Legs Party Bar down on Hwy 350, this Friday and Sat. Reservations only.
An intelligent business woman who's cashing in without saying anything.

Well perhaps, but I'm surprised the gals have not yet mentioned lost appts and time spent staring at walls when guys cancel, no show, or otherwise waste a gals time.

The amount something is worth is determined by what amount someone is willing to donate for it. You can buy a home for a million bucks, 2 years later say "but its worth at least a million!" Only if someone is willing to pay that.

Yes! Thank you for recognizing this challenging aspect. This hurts my bottom line more than anything.
I try to explain it from the man's point of view: "imagine your boss calls you at 7am and tells you not to come in to work today. Oh, and also you won't be getting paid either"
If I get a last minute cancellation, I may have already turned away one or 2 guys, and its usually too late to let them know I had a cancellation. Oh well, that electric bill will have to be late.
We should have a board for "Last minute availability for clients!"
