Question for the ladies

Why do women take selfies in the bathroom? You can look on multiple postings on Eccie and civie dating sites and see the same thing. I've always wondered why. . . Any theories?

Different lighting & background. And If you don’t have a selfie stick or a full body mirror , the bathroom mirror is perfect for getting a body pic. Personally My bathroom has a fancy mirror so like to take pics in it , not often though .

It's not the "using mirror" pics I notice. It's the "who or what else is in the picture" that always amuses me with many of the BP-type pictures.

I guess I wasn't specific enough, but it is the selfies in a gym(or public bathroom) that led to this post. Why would an attractive woman want to post a picture with a toilet in the backdrop? I guess she can say that she blows Mr. Clean IDK.

Bathrooms typically have brighter walls, softer lighting and full length mirrors that enlarge the image seen on the 5-7 inch screen much better even at a distance of maybe 5 feet away. Plus there is the opportunity shortly after showering to catch a glimpse of how the new bra and panties look in the doorway. Just a guess. Funny No one minds seeing the toilet in the background when she's walking into the room from the bathroom but picture taking draws the line? .... 'Mkay.

I agree with other comments here. The bathroom has better lighting, plus a big mirror.

I tend to lean towards pro photos, but have noticed that my MUAH (makeup and hair) videos ALL tend to be in the bathroom. :/

I'm LMAO right along with those of you talking about what you see in the background in many of those pics! I saw a pic not long ago, of a beauty taking a selfie and a "dude" was standing against the wall in the background! And she claimed she wasn't managed.....Ha! It's a risk as well for the ladies...I'm sure you know that different "cuts" of mirrors will distort the view of the woman. They can appear either larger, or skinnier then what they really are. Something to think about.
