Hi everyone! I've posted similar ads in the past and met some great people! More importantly, I was able to help some folks out, which is what it's all about. I have an undergraduate degree in business, along with an MBA. I work an 8-5 job in corporate finance in Houston and I also have a financial consulting service on the side, where I help people in all aspects of finance.

My specialty is financial modeling, which helps answer “what-if” questions. What would be the financial implications if I raised my rates by 10%? What would happen if I spent an extra $x/week on advertising? How much do I need to save today in order to have $x available five years from now? This is all done through a simple, iterative process where I ask you questions, and then take your information and present it in an easy-to-understand format, including charts and graphs to help you make the right financial decisions!

Additionally, I have capital to invest. If you are trying to get a business off the ground, or are looking for a partner (or silent partner) please let me know. I am always looking for great ideas and opportunities in which to invest.

I just wanted to vouch for the legitimacy of this gentleman. I have seen his business posts for years, but never really thought to reach out to him. I figured there must be a catch ... well, I can assure everyone, there is no catch.

Last month I was about to finalize a business transaction where the terms were not in my best favor, but I was borderline desperate.

That's when I noticed Gunslinger27 had just made another recent thread about the services he offers. At this point I figured, "what the hell, I have nothing to lose".

So, I reached out to him and was pleasantly surprised right away. He replied in a timely manner and did everything he said he was going to do.

As of this point, we have met in person, the deal has been finalized, and I couldn't be happier.

Not only was he accurate and honest, he actually gave me a lower interest rate then I was expecting, gave me more time to pay the loan off, gave me a lower payment and gave me 60 days to make my first payment (instead of the standard 30).

I would encourage any providers with a good history on the board, that are in need of something he offers, to reach out to him.
