After pm'ing all day about how great this appt would be, how she is always on time, etc etc-- she called about an hour prior to tell me she was on the way. I reaffirmed the appt and text her the address just to make 100% sure. She then NCNS. After several attempts to reach her to make sure all was ok I got no response. I finally just asked her to tell me if she wasn't coming. She text back, "light out on car". Recommendation No
