I’m using Private Browsing on Google Chrome (Incognito). No history saved.

Yes it happens every once in a while. I’ve asked tech several times on the main page over the last year or so and I’ve never gotten a reply. It goes slow for several days then starts working again. Although it seems to work fine when I’m on my home WiFi.
