The butt was NOT designed for penetration as much as many would like you to believe. Yes its tight and feels good if your pitching but if you're catching Oh My it can really be challenging. So many TS'S while being penetrated feel a sensation to "Bear Down" causing BP to sky rocket and BINGO over time varicose veins. There are surgeries that can help remove them. Excellent news!

What other issues might TS'S have as part of their sexuality?
