I don't understand how they can arrest you on a bicycle they stress not to drink and drive... But then going to arrest you for risking your life sober or not by peddling.. ugh so wrong

I could see where from my bad writing style and leaving some details out that you are anybody that read the post could easily come to that conclusion.

But after someone gets a drunk driving in a automobile they lose the privilege to operate a motor vehicle.

So the easiest remedy to transportation wows is a bicycle .

Oh and thank you for being active and posting us guys enjoy your company .

My point is you can't harm anyone but yourself on a bicycle so why go to that extent I just think thats bizzare...


I know the consequences & still don't understand how those with 5 or 6 convictions are still free.. But that's another story...

Back in the 80's I had my license suspended for 90 days, too many speeding tickets in too short a time. Rode a bicycle to work for 3 months, luckily not middle of winter. Also traded my 454 Corvette for a Mercedes 220 D. The bicycle was faster.
