He mentioned the Hotel is issuing conflicting information from that of LE/FBI, and their motive is modifying the timeline etc to protect themselves from liability .... the "issue" had to do with the difference in the in-house detective originally being touted as being responsible for stopping the shooting to where the FACTS are today that the first shooting was 200 rounds into the hallway hitting the in-house UNARMED "detective" AND a delay of almost 10 minutes from the firing INSIDE THE HOTEL before an "alert" was put out ....
... which normally would require the approval of the "MOD" at the time as is typical of hotels (My comment).
So far there have been no reports I've seen or heard that Paddock was using any weapons with noise suppression on them and I can't imagine no one on the 32nd floor was "alarmed" by a 200 round burst of rifle fire on their floor (I've heard loud voices in the hall of nice hotels) ... and at least called the desk to complain of the loud noise that sounded like gunfire.
The internal scramble and failure to instantly call 911 may have cost a lot of lives and a lot of injuries even though Paddock started shooting rather quickly after his burst inside the Hotel....apparently there were some on duty officers at the hotel who were not notified initially.
