new account request
Please let me know if I should repost to different area.
I had another eccie account, user name ADMIN. On Saturday, eccie sent me an email saying they disabled the acount because they didnt want that user name used, and invited me to open new account. I did open new account.
My question...the previous account ADMIN was a premium account. How do I get a refund, or how can the remainder of the premium time be applied to my new account (QFWM)?
I have asked in several different areas, and went through the contact us link, but no answer yet.
