Question Question for some of the lawyers on here

Question for some of the lawyers on here.
If I ask a provider if she is associated with any police department or law enforcement agency, do they have to inform me that they do or don’t.
And if they don’t would that be called Entrapment?

What?
Cops can't lie?
Geeeeezzzzz.
They can, and do, say whatever, unless in court.
Btw, folks I know have had lawyers disbarred and cops fired for being caught fibbing in court.

If it's a sting, and if you're already in the room, it's already to late to not get a ticket.

You really need to go through some of the sticky threads in the forum "A Question of Legality" that's on the national board.

This topic and numerous other related topics have all been addressed there.

"Dammit, he asked if she was LE. He got us good. This whole thing was all for nothing!"

I asked this one provider twice and she never answered the question, she asked if I want to see her today, I said I couldn’t make it today it would have to be this weekend, she said she was moving tomorrow out of state. That was the only response I received.
Thank you and I will research for more information on the national board.
Cops can get away with a lot these days.

Here's the thing, though: If a provider wants to ask you if you are a cop, be honest and say "no". if she wants to do a "cop check" by having you grab her boob or flash your willy, go ahead and do that, too. Don't explain to her that she is being silly and those things have absolutely no effect on the police. Either she will get defensive because "Everyone knows that you have to do a cop check" or she will get nervous that you know so much about cops and you aren't answering the question.

Just smile and play along and let her touch your ding-dong to "prove" you aren't a cop.

Police try to avoid "touching" whether it is kissing, hugging, and groin grabbing. If you go for a hug and she steps back...good time to shut your mouth but she could just be nervous. That only seems likely if she is new to the game. An experienced provider will probably react different. Oh, flashing the junk...not a good thing.

Also look out for a room full of sexually explicit materials and junk. Trying to set the scene.

No. They don’t have to truthfully answer and it isn’t entrapment whether or not they do as your intent was formed when you got there already. They didn’t originate your intent for being there. Private clubs used to do that on waiving membership rules thinking if you were an ABC officer their enforcement action would be invalidated. Doesn’t work that way. They are alloyed to lie. Remember the warrant enforcement mills set up like contest winning retrieval offices. Saved the cops a lot of leg work.
