Things are always so "absolute" with you. You always got it figgered out...

There are many more than two "categories." One might be the jimmie who is extremely satisfied by a gal who charged him a fair price. And he might just wanna show a bit of appreciation. Nothing extravagant. Just a little extra for a job well done.
