Schumer, Pelosi, and so many others have used military aircraft for personal use and were never called on it, much less paid what they owed. Any Clinton appointee would probably be given an award for being frugal (Hillary got an award for human rights) and the right would be sufficiently cowed by those secret FBI files that Hillary has to not say a word. Plus, Trump has not been given a pass by anyone.

Trump's biggest problem seems to be finding people who get it. You know, that using government for their own personal ends is not why they were elected or appointed. Price forgot what he was supposed to be doing and just did what he saw going around him. Now he's gone. Others will have to learn the hard way.

Another aspect of Price's story of arrogance and wastefulness is who brought it to light. If not for "fake news" (aka as Politico) this story might not have been so clearly revealed. I don't believe that the mainstream media is always right or always reliable or that their motives can't sometimes be second guessed, but without journalism there is much we would not learn. There are many top notch journalists working in the mainstream media whose services are invaluable to citizens. Unlike the president and many of his followers I am not willing to easily and comprehensively categorize mainstream media as "fake news".

Here's the questions for those who support what this administration is up to: 1) Did Dr. Price's behavior reflect conservative values? 2) Will there be more examples of this type of "little king" behavior from other administration officials? 3) Has the president displayed through his behaviors and actions the level of conservative frugality that the anti-waste conservative segment of our citizenry purportedly stands for? What type of example is he setting in regards to government waste and frugality?

Can't tell the difference between apples and oranges can you? Anyway, as you always complain about, why did YOU bring up Obama? This isn't about Obama is it? Anyway, first thing, the Trump family needs protection and we have to pay for it. The Obama family consisted of a wife and two daughters. The daughters young enough that they stay with the family most of the time. That cut costs considerably. The Trump kids are full grown (except for Barron) and do their own thing. That increases costs. Trump has his own house (several actually) and he has the right to go to anyone that he wants. Obama had a single house that he rented out to someone else. Obama had no reason to "go home" as he was a landlord and his rights were limited. Besides, it was Chicago. If you want to be FAIR (of course you do) Trump went to Texas twice, Louisiana, and Florida in just two weeks plus he went to Iowa and Missouri. Obama went to New York and New Jersey...once! There are more examples of apples and oranges but I think I make my point to anyone with half a brain.
