Date Night In Dallas - Nice Lounge Where?

Anyone know a cool lounge to hangout in the Dallas area for a normal date? NOT a place like Colette’s or anything close to the swinger scene!!! A normal spot like a Jazz playing lounge/bar with a nice ambience. Music not to loud where you can have a conversation and drinks. More on an upscale level but where you can be dressed casually-dressy. I place where you would take a classy date or your wife. I had tickets to the Dave Chappelle concert this Friday in Dallas but the show cancelled. Now I am looking for an alternative venue for this Friday evening. Thanks in advance.

Twilite Lounge in Deep Ellum is my suggestion. But Uber or take Dart to the Deep Ellum station because parking is a bitch down there.

I have never been to the Balcony Club. In fact, I had never even heard about it until a recent review in the Dallas Observer. I am putting this place on my bucket list.

The Library in the Melrose on Oak Lawn is great when they have some music. The SO and I stop in there some after being out for dinner, etc.

Also if you and your date are ok with Cigars; Chamberlains Steakhouse in Addison has a nice Cigar lounge in the back of the restaurant.
