and tbh after watching training day if I was her I wouldnt trust his ass either. He played that too well till I believe he has that in him.

See a pro bro. They may not be a fix all, but they may point you in the right direction.

There's not really any advice I can offer that you probably have not heard before.

Just thought I'd give you this link if you were not aware of this group. They offer free support groups 7 days a week throughout Houston.

https://www.dbsahouston.org/

And on a more lighthearted note ... at least you are not this guy ....

I went through a period of severe depression that lasted nearly 5 years. I saw a therapist for 2 of those years. It helped to have someone to just talk to about whatever was on my mind. But a journal can be just as helpful to some.

Exercise is good. Get lots of sunshine for vitamin D...I also took supplements. Make sure you are getting a proper amount of sleep. Melatonin was a Godsend for me when it comes to relaxing enough to fall asleep quickly. Glucosamine with MSM is wonderful for the aches that sometimes come with depression.

Try to find something positive about any bad thing that might happen. Even if it's just that the experience taught you what to do or not do in the future.

I also learned a great breathing exercise that helped me release tension and repressed emotions.
Sit comfortably in a dim to dark room. Breath slowly in through your nose. VERY slowly...try to count to 4 while inhaling. Fill your lungs completely. (Most of the time, we breathe very shallow. We don't allow the oxygen to reach the bottom of our lungs.) Then, just as slowly, breath out through your mouth. Do this 10-20 times.

I've heard about a place....I think it's called Tantrum....that you can pay to go into a room, choose your weapon, and smash a bunch of stuff. lol Me and my kids are planning to set something like this up in the garage once the temperature drops enough.

In the end, what finally got me out of my funk was a low dose anti depressant prescribed by my GP. I took them for 3 years. The withdrawal was a bitch when I stopped taking them, but I got through.
