Hopefully, you will be better prepared emotionally to overcome the effects of her THIRD AND FINAL DEFEAT in 2020. To that end I hope you stock up on coloring books and comfort pet food ... oh yea, some depends for you.

You're a fucking liar, 1-800-JCM-DATO. George Washington wasn't on the ballot running against Trump, 1-800-JCM-DATO. It was hildebeest that was the binary choice on that ballot, 1-800-JCM-DATO. Any ignorant theory you advance about Trump not being "suitable" automatically and categorically insinuates that you delusionally imagine hildebeest would be better, 1-800-JCM-DATO, because that was the only real world -- and wholly unacceptable -- alternative in the last election, 1-800-JCM-DATO. You can't change that factoid, 1-800-JCM-DATO; hence, you cannot arbitrarily eliminate hildebeest from these discussions any more than you can discuss light without comparing it to dark, 1-800-JCM-DATO, and hildebeest is a really dark and reprehensible character, 1-800-JCM-DATO. Thus, even a shabby, gray character veritably shines in comparison to hildebeest, 1-800-JCM-DATO.

I mean it seems immodest, and contributes to that fetishizing, IMO.

The only answer you will ever get is Clinton this or Obama that.

Last time I checked the election was over.
This particular discussion was about something Trump said.
Any comments pertaining to that?

And the last time you checked, did you ignorantly fail to notice and comprehend that hildebeest was the binary choice you would ignorantly have rule instead of Trump, 1-800-JCM-DATO?

I suppose that depends upon the motivation for wearing the uniform. In the 60's and early 70's there was a lot a grief from it because of the prevailing anti-military attitude in this country, so to avoid the remarks (and worse at times) and grief associated with the offensive experiences, the vast majority of servicemembers shed their uniform as quickly as they could.
Today's more favorable reception and environment, with which I agree of course (now and then) facilitates continuing to be identified with the military, sometimes to the point of outright deception (census taking in the last past decade has shown the high degree of misrepresentation as to affiliation from the past!).
If uniforms make you wetter, then I suppose it's to your liking.

I don't think you get deferments for the asking. They had to be granted for a reason. Trump isn't the only president who was granted military deferments. Now he's serving his country as President, maybe he's trying to make up for it. Who knows, who really cares. This country has much bigger problems than to worry about whether Trump was a draft dodger or not. None of you all give a shit either it's just a Trump thing that's all it is.

Sure ....
Quote:
May 17, 2010 ... New York Times:
“We have learned something important since the days that I served in Vietnam,” Mr. Blumenthal said to the group gathered in Norwalk in March 2008. “And you exemplify it. Whatever we think about the war, whatever we call it — Afghanistan or Iraq — we owe our military men and women unconditional support.”
There was one problem: Mr. Blumenthal, a Democrat now running for the United States Senate, never served in Vietnam. He obtained at least five military deferments from 1965 to 1970 and took repeated steps that enabled him to avoid going to war, according to records.
The deferments allowed Mr. Blumenthal to complete his studies at Harvard; pursue a graduate fellowship in England; serve as a special assistant to The Washington Post’s publisher, Katharine Graham; and ultimately take a job in the Nixon White House.
In 1970, with his last deferment in jeopardy, he landed a coveted spot in the Marine Reserve, which virtually guaranteed that he would not be sent to Vietnam. He joined a unit in Washington that conducted drills and other exercises and focused on local projects, like fixing a campground and organizing a Toys for Tots drive.

Like I posted: Trump is the CIC and a former servicemember LIED about his Service to this Country while seeking office from the voters. But you find LYING to voters acceptable.

Wtf are you even talking about? Show me where I called any Trump popularity poll "fake"? Oh wait, I didn't.
You're the one who wants to pick and choose which polls are valid. CNN said on election day Trump won the veterans' vote by a 2-1 margin and you dismissed it as "alleged".
If you have a problem with a poll, then you should at least look at the sample size, methodology, etc. and question it on that basis. But that would require you to know something about statistics, probability, margins of error and how polls work in the first place.

My age was my deferment. I was only ten during Vietnam. Tell us all about your Military experience, did you even leave the country?
