Touring houston-Galveston area??

I can count on one hand how many times I have been to Galveston and before I had went I was curious how would it be. And maybe the surrounding areas.

Aside from the assholes who populate this board...

If you hit it up during something like the Lone Star Rally you'll probably do very well. During the summer it's good from what I've seen but once you get past Labor Day it's dry until the major events.

The surrounding areas: League City, Dickinson, Clear Lake, Friendswood, etc are good places too.

It's gotten better since Ike and is hopping right now during summer. A well placed ad and you'll be busy. Hope that helps.

Yes most definitely. Come on down to Galveston! I work down here and there's not much on the island to choose from. There are several that are located in clear lake, but that's too far for a good lunch date. Look forward to it.
