I believe he committed the murders and was acquitted because the jury was racist and wanted to send a message. I don't believe it was because he had better lawyers. That being said he was acquitted. His present prison term was for an armed robbery and he has served enough time that I think he should be paroled. I don't believe for a second that if the murders had not taken place he would have been sentenced as harshly for the robbery. Sometimes paybacks a bitch.
