I suggest contacting a mod or asking this in the Questions for Staff section.

There are no reports in the staff area of others experiencing similar problems. The path you described works fine for me. It seems as if you may have a virus or malware in your device

Moved from Alerts.

Could be but most likely a temporary thing. Not a programmer but I believe these things attach themselves to URLs and pop up. The fix is usually just turning off the phone and turning it back on.

Also happens in Windows when you go to a site. Tells you Windows has been locked. I ctrl/alt del, turn off the computer, restart, close the tab as soon as it is visible, everything is fine.

I also think some of this is due to ads on Facebook. Ads like "Clinton is arrested", "Trump arrested", somebody was supposed to have died you know is not dead. Rule of thumb, if it looks stupid, it probably is!!

Most likely you have an adware virus that was installed on your computer. It will create popupa until your computer is cleaned. I'd recommend having someone run some computer cleaning programs to fix it.
