Just curious to hear from hobby men and ladies on this topic.
What are the safe areas in austin to live and play. What areas to avoid. ( I know the obvious Rundburg)
Any good gyms one with a sauna?
I am from Austin but so much is growing in the past few years!!

The golds gym on airport Blvd near 35 has a sauna.

There are very, very few unsafe parts of austin. Just look around. If staff edit ynot, you're probably in an unsafe area. Even rundberg is much better than it used to be.

I personally would avoid living in the gigantic megaplexes. They are very expensive. I have no ideA why anyone would want to live in an apartment complex when a duplex or four plex is cheaper and more private.

I have lived on northloop, and airport and 51st which i loved best. I lived on research Blvd and west 290 which were okay.
