Yeah Hobbying is serious business to these folks
No more apologies are necessary, just get better at your job
When you make an appointment, see it through or cancel ahead of time
It only takes a single text to reschedule or cancel an appointment.. don't just go ghost
Whether it's an emergency or another client offered you more $$ for the same time slot, send that text first
