I have seen many gents who come with the exact amount in their pocket, ready to go. Also, extra for tip in case they decide to by the end. That way you aren't digging around for it out of your wallet, etc. You can literally just slip your hand in your pocket, and slip it down somewhere noticeable, on your way out.

Can count the number of times i have tipped on one hand - if the woman produces a good time worth something extra it usually means a repeat visit with me. As someone previously stated - when the woman sets her price point thats good enough for me.

I have occasionally tipped spa girls for exceptional service but not a regular provider because price and activities are settled ahead of time. Actually I did leave a tip once because time went over and service was great

If they just "must do it," having a female doctor for the task is helpful as long as she is the "dainty" type!
