Default 9th circuit court to be broken up.

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/tr...rticle/2621379

follow up on this the 9th circuit court has spoken, "please leave us alone"

http://bigstory.ap.org/article/e39c2...leave-us-alone

'"Circuit division would have a devastating effect on the administration of justice in the western United States," said Sidney Thomas, the chief circuit judge for the court. "A circuit split would increase delay, reduce access to justice, and waste taxpayer dollars."'

that's a bullshit excuse. they just want to hold that region hostage to bad liberal rulings.

the 9th district consists of 9 states & 2 territories and has a population of 61 million.

it is too big and needs to be broken up.

I do think that district 8 (7 states) & 10 (6 states) need to be broken up

I noticed that the majority of the districts number around 4 states per district.
population ranges from 20 million to 30 million.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...uit_population

the territories Peurto Rico & Virgin island placement is strange, it should be in the 11th district as it is closer to it than districts 1 & 3.

Once California breaks away from the rest of the country most of the goofball, whacko decisions will be "separate" anyway ... and breaking up the 9th won't be such a big deal ... I said "most"! After the recent Hawaiian court decision on "State's Rights" immigration policies ... some tweaking might be in order, but that also explains why it has been so hard to find Obaminable's ORIGINAL birth certificate out there!

It will never happen because you need 2/3 of House and Senate. Good luck with that

he's saying that the creation of a new court district requires 2/3 of the house & senate to pass.

hes wrong on the house part. just a simple majority needed.

senate might a different story due to their "rules".

1980 was the last time congress created a judicial district.

district 5 begat district 11 under public law 96-452 (HR 7665)
https://www.congress.gov/bill/96th-c.../7665/all-info

unfortunately, this legislation does not include the roll call vote totals which is weird.

however, I did find mention that it was unanimous in the House.

actually, no. the 9th court decisions would carry precedent in any new district split off from that district.

the 5 to 11 link above as the source.
