The first woman to accuse O'REILLY of sexual harassment was Andrea Mackris. She sued him for $60 million back in 2004 and settled out of court for $9 million. As far as I can tell, Bill never groped her or did anything physical. He took her out to dinner multiple times and talked about dildos, masturbation and phone sex. Then he called her and talked dirty while masturbating. She taped the call as evidence.

I'm not defending O'Reilly's behavior, but what the fuck! $9 million? This woman hit the fucking lottery! She worked less than 3 years at FOX as a "producer" earning $65k a year!
