Incorrect. My post did not sound happy and I did not defend either party. I said all this back and forth blaming and name calling is counter productive and that I would be willing to sit down with them to try and reach a place of reconciliation. I never said that what she described isn't rape, I said both of their perspectives are true for each of them. My situation isn't better or worse.

FWIW most of the people posting here accept that what you described was rape, which it was (what you described - what PID described is greyer as he seemed to think you were awake and actively participating) and wrong. Being a provider has zero relevance and you did not consent. Even the one's blaming you seem to be pissed that it happened.
You might be right about whether going to the police, suing him, whatever people are suggesting would accomplish anything - I don't know. Do what makes you feel better, screw all other considerations.
