NCNS - Laney Lixx
Whenever I see a new provider I always send a message here first and follow up with my phone number. That way you can see who I am and you know about me before I send a text.
I messaged Laney last week and didn't hear from her right away, no big deal. After a few days she messaged me back with her phone number. I replied back with mine so she'd know who I was was when I texted. I still don't think she even opened that message (not a good sign to me). I texted her the following day to try to set something up for this weekend. When she responded to my text, she didn't know who I was (because she doesn't check messages) and we went through the small talk of Hi, How are you. When I asked if she was available I didn't hear back from her. Again, not a good sign.
The next day I again texted her to see if she was available this weekend. She responded and we set something up for today at 11 am. She was very persistent in reminding me to text her at least 45 minutes before our appointment because she mentioned twice in a row during our short convo. I felt a bit better about it and I thought maybe like the red flags were unwarranted.
I texted her at 9 am. I didn't hear anything, but then again it's a bit early. I texted her again at 10:20 am, 40 minutes before our scheduled appointment. No response still so I know what's coming. Now the game becomes: How long before I get the "Sorry, I slept in" text? An hour after our scheduled appointment it came in.
She offered 20 off and asked me to reschedule. I just replied No thanks.
I read the reviews where she NCNS'd before and thought "There is just too many good reviews for this be a risk anymore." So many reviews that are singing her praise can't be wrong, right?
My time in the hobby is very limited because I have a very busy life outside of it. What little time I do have for it is precious to me. It's my time to relax, and forget about all the other real world bull shit I have to do for the next month. So it's very frustrating when my time gets wasted.
I understand that we all have lives outside of our hobby. I understand that things happen all of a sudden. However, this is not the case. I have zero patience for anyone that is inconsiderate of another person's time. I may try again with her, but not for a while.

I am sincerely sorry for this event. I have reached out and apologized.
Nate I'm sorry that this happened to you and I'm sorry you feel it was personal. I've been going through some personal issues lately and it has greatly affected my ability to answer messages timely but I've been working on fixing that recently.
I am sorry you feel so strongly that you didn't mention it directly to me when i first apologized. I am sincerely sorry for the event and the negative feelings it's caused you. i felt so bad about it and now i realize we both do.
I understand how you must feel. I've been stood up many times on here where they never call me back. I had hoped that apologizing and ordering the discount would help. My bad. Sincerely.
Laney

I didn't mean for this post to sound angry, so if it comes across like that it wasn't meant to. I'm just stating facts. This isn't the first time I've had providers sleep through an appointment that they said could make. If you can't do it, don't say you can. I'm OK with rescheduling and trying again on a different day as long as it doesn't become a habit like I've experienced with some others from this site.
There's been a provider I've been trying to see for almost a month now, and I keep trying. Why? She's punctual, she responds in a reasonable time, and she's honest when trying to work out a difficult schedule. No reasonable person would be mad to hear "I can't, I'm booked" or "Sorry, taking some time off, I don't feel well" because those are reasonable things. Getting NCNS'd and knowing its because you slept in is what upsets me. It's just inconsiderate.

I am sincerely sorry that this has happened. I understand how important your time is to you. This was not ever intended. It was definitely not because you were overbooked. I went to sleep feeling well. I woke up unwell. I don't know how else to discuss this without having to give away my very private personal issues. When I posted my reply here are also sent you a text. The fact that you have responded to this issue here rather than text me back personally says volumes to how angry you actually are. I can only tell you that I truly apologize for what happened. And that will make the 4th time I have done that. I'm sorry you were upset and feel that this was personal. After four apologies I'm not sure another one would make it any better.

I believe you're sorry, and I promise I'm not as upset as you think I am. I brought it here because it needs to be here. You aren't the first person I've posted about as a NCNS in Co-Ed so don't feel like I'm singling you out.

Appreciate the report as info help document patterns but is a 7 paragraph NCNS diatribe really necessary for a provider with a proven record of being solid? Junk happens, this is life and especially monger life.

Just stating what happened, as it happened. Again, this wasn't meant to come across as mean or hurtful, just factual.

Laney doesn"t need a WK. She acknowledged what happened and apologized profusely and publicly. Not easy to do under the circumstances. Nate laid out his case, and everyone, including Laney, understands his frustration. I don't see what else can be said. It's between the two of them now.

I appreciate the info. With her record I would just wait for an opportunity that included more flexibility.
She seems genuine and her reviews back that up.
At the same time, I made 3 trips to destin area with the out come being ncns before actually seeing sexychloe. I'm glad I made that third trip from pcola. Still pisses you off though. It did me too

I can understand Nate's frustration. None of us likes to be stood up, but it's part of the life for those of us who participate in this hobby. Honest, truthful information, negative or positive, is always valuable to the rest of us. If you've "been around the block" as a lot of us have, you've learned by now how to separate any personal animosity or anger in a post from the facts, and developed a sense for what's what.
I've only seen Laney twice, it is an hour trip for me to come to Pensacola. Not many providers can get me to make that trip, She is one of those few. Her personality and incredible skills are exactly what I desire in a provider. I find her to be honest, forthright, funny and easy to talk to. As far as her skills go, after 30+ years seeing providers, she is among the very best I have ever had the pleasure of being with. She's harder to schedule with than some, but I can live with that. Even if it means I can't see her as often as I might like to. I'll be seeing her soon, hopefully.
