In the last 2 days when I go to chat it gives me an unknown error pop up message and asks me to enter username and password. I enter it and it just pops up again. Any ideas? (other than just dont go to chat?)

I think they are working on site upgrades and chat will be down for a while.

Since all that I see on my iPad is a blank screen, I assume this has to do with choice of browser. Any tech advice?
