LOL.... There are many guys in this community that are far more active than others might believe that choose to keep their personal experiences shared to a limited few with similar tastes or not at all.

In regards to motives..... the poll is relevant to a current incident shared publicly here on the board..... There is a dark side to this hobby we all participate in that some may wish never came to light but in order to make informed decisions it needs to be discussed from time to time....

If someone takes a position that they believe they may have been exposed to something yet continues to participate without warning potential partners I believe they are displaying a reckless disregard for everyone's safety here..

My question is when did the provider EVER say it was UNCONSENSUAL sex? When did it NOT become her responsibility to make sure that a condum was on? Was she unconscious, was she high,was she drunk,was she forced,was coherence, was she under any type of duress?

They talked about the risk of unprotected sex. Lots of people talk about the fact that they need to eat better, work out, ect. Then they go get junk food at taco bell.

What if you are told at the doctors that you need to cut down on salt. That person eats lots salted peanuts and then has a heart attack. Can that person then sue the doctor and/or that company because the person eat those salted peanuts?

Life's lessons suck because often they are painful and embarrassing. If life's lessons didn't suck to go though we wouldn't remember them and learn from our mistakes. As a responsible and considerate adult, of course one should exercise such caution in such a situation.

However, are you really going to trust that? The hobby has many risks involved with it, one of which is this issue.

If it concerns you that much, it is perhaps better that you refrain from engaging in it.

Also, it is good idea for anyone having sex on the regular with multiple partners (no matter in what kind of scenario) to get tested every 3 months.

I agree with your statements. If one knows for sure or has a strong suspicion about someone in particular, then yes, that person should be avoided.

However, my point was, the hobby is pretty much anonymous. We don't know each other, where we've been, what we do, etc etc etc, so one must go into every hobby encounter expecting that it carries a certain level of risk. Some can handle that level of risk, some cannot.
