Just to be clear, JB said he was a doctor but did not specify anything further. But even if he is a medical doctor (versus PhD in say Plant Science) and even if his area of concentration has something to do with gyn, no one can properly/accurately diagnose and make treatment recommendations based on hook site banter. So follow your own provider's findings and advice- who knows you best. I think we should all leave it at that.

Much truth , and JB is not an MD as some are. My experience is that the most common smelly pussy malady is yeast and JB's instruction of antibiotics will do NOTHING for that. I may be an MD or I may be like the most interesting man in the world - living vicariously through myself.

For me ... decent diet, probiotic pills (from AZO or http://thehoneypot.co/collections/pr...ast-is-a-beast) OR a cup of yogurt a day, drink lots of water, gentle soap or wash that doesn't irritate the hoohah...
This pretty much sums it up for me as well. And I also agree with ElleW that our lady bits get bicthier as we get older and we end up needing to pay more attention to these things...

I'm 26 but I do have pretty sensitive lady bits. And while i'm not prone to bv or yeasties (what I call yeast infections) that's probably because of the stuff (which is on the natural side) I mentioned before to prevent them (which does the trick 98% of the time). While I'm not allergic to many antibiotics I do know some that are used to treat certain lady issue can actually cause them too esp if you're taking them for non-lady part issues.

For example after having dental surgery (root canal and got a temp crown) I was given Amoxicillin as a 'just in case' after the procedure and had a not so great reaction (which a doctor tried to call a side effect vs it being an allergic reaction) "down there" to a 1wk regime 1.5g daily dosing. Which took another week to go away (swelling and ultra sensitivity (in a painful not sexy way)) on it's own. Needless to say (but here it goes) I will be avoiding Amoxicillin lol.
