Understand that some of what it says there may be different in the state you are in. I don't know how much is different in NY than in MN (where this is from.) Probably the only difference is the fines and jail times, if anything. But I don't know for sure.

I travel to a lot of states and sometimes I forget which is which. I believe ny and pa condoms and sex toys are paraphernalia and evidence that you intended to commit a crime. IL it's a felony I believe. I stopped touring to Chiraq. Oh there's pretty much no such thing as entrapment. In Columbus le was busting some obvious bp girl at my hotel and they had the staff open the door for them. They had officers going through her garbage and the hall garbage with gloves in the hallway. After that they knocked on all our doors near the room and had hotel staff open the doors to ask people questions. I packed and left in the middle of my trip.
